You also need to make sure you keep your virus definitions up to date. (If
Norton expires on you, uninstall it and reinstall it.) Also make sure you
have all your security updates to your email program. Go to live update and
then select Microsoft office. Outlook and outlook express both have updates
to stop this virus.

Also remember to back up. Shit happens. My hard drive just died on me and
my back up habits saved me. Only lost a couple of things. After I got my
new hard rive, it took several hours to reinstall Norton antivirus, zone
alarm, and get all the security updates for outlook. I did not try to get
my email until I had all this done. Good thing as I had the klez virus
waiting for me.
