I never noticed the way the display on the "Report a new cache page".
What you're seeing is the same format, Degrees (DDD) minutes and decimal
minutes (MM.MM). Some older GPS receivers only display 2 decimal places
while all the newer ones display 3 or more. (MM.MMM). Geocaching.com
(GC.com) will let you put in up to 4 decimal places if your GPS supports
that, but normally you'll see 3.
Also make sure that you have the GPS set to WGS84 map datum since that's the
standard on GC.com. After you create the cache page, check the map that's
created on the cache page and double click it to bring up another map which
will let you zoom in and verify the coordinates are where you think they
should be.
