-   Rich, I had nothing to do with it. My window files changed for whatever reason. The technician said he would send me the step by step procedure on what we did.  Bernie

-     Thanks to all of you that offered suggestions in trying to get my puter up and running. After hours and hours over several days on the phone with Microsoft, a technician in India finally got me going again. I had talked to about seven different so called technicians, but after spending an hour or two on the phone with each one, I would always end up at the exact same spot where it would hang up. I did not lose any of my files, which of course was the greatest. Thanks Bernie.
