[GeoSTL] Check out the new look at www.GeoStl.com

If you haven't stopped by lately, check
out the new look and content at
www.GeoStl.com.

There is still some tweaking to be done,
 some content to add and some color schemes
to finalize.  The biggest changes were
the application of stylesheets and applying
a static navigation bar to all pages.  We'll
put some more graphics on the home page
to spruce it up a bit, when time permits.
