Dear Bob,

Lately with some hardware installations, AOL has been nothing but trouble.
While downloading drivers, AOL dropped my connection 4 times, even though I
was actively working with it. So, it isn't a time out issue. Then it would
freeze up or lock up. Basically, AOL isn't meeting my standards, not even
half-way. And for 8 buck more, I have a connection 16 times as fast as AOL
and I don't have to wait for it to dial up. Oh, you should check out:
