[GeoStL] Cache in Cape Girardeau

There is a new cache in Cape Girardeau, named KFVS12 (GCZ1E2) that was  
placed for a news story on TV station KFVS-12. This link:

 takes you to the station's page for the story, there is a link there for the 
 video. The station is going to have a follow up in a week or so to see who 
has  found it. John Tee & Jake 1911 are the cachers responsible for all of 
this.  More nice publicity for us.
