well the contact person depends on what area you live in. here in st. charles 
our nice rep is john vogel and you can contact him at 636-441-4554.this is for 
any conservation land in st. charles county.if you need st. charles county 
parks department i can give you that information as well.right now i am working 
with st. charles county flood buyout agency for the placement on a cache i am 
working on.isnt it nice working for the county government of st charles have 
lot's of people to get permission for placements.thanks pntball

Also, we've read through the geostl website and the MO Conservation Site --
but are still a little unsure of who to contact regarding cache placement.
Is there a main Conservation contact? We have a couple ideas for cache
placements and don't want to start out on the wrong foot.
