From what I can tell there is something wrong with the handicaching.com
link. I'm not sure what it is but when I remove it from the source
code then the cache page appears correctly in IE. I would recommend
re-editing your cache page. First I'd remove the link to see how it
looks in IE and then I would replace it to bring the handicaching link
back it. Worth a try...
