BAJA Clan should be able to attend CITO in St. Charles on 4/17,
although we probably won't roll in until lunchtime. We have spring
soccer in the AM and live in O'Fallon, ILLINOIS. I'd really like the
mini-cachers to participate in a clean-up event and my oldest has been
learning about the environment at school and at Girl Scouts, so she is
very excited.
I may be able to make the Friday, 4/23 event, but obviously the minis
won't as they will be in school. We are camping that weekend, too.

I can set one up for some place in St. Charles County (probably one of the
St. Peters City Parks) on the 17th of april. Does that work out for the
folks that can't attend the one the following friday? I'm going camping the
weekend of the 23-25 of April.

sometime- I'd like to suggest breakfast somewhere near to GoLdEn peNNy cache********************************************************************* **soon, followed by CITO at Matthews park, near the cache site. The area is a big ole mess, with some unpleasant trash there, including what appear to be old medicine bottles with pills in. Ugh. I don't really want to do it on my own, but if there were a "task force" of us, we could clear much of it up in short order, I'm sure.
The other thing I was thinking, given the Ozarks Geocachers have
Adopted
a highway, would SLAGA members be interested in adopting a local
highway
in Metro St Louis, and cleaning it up on a regular basis? I know I'd
be
happy to do my bit to see "St Louis Area Geocachers Association" in
white on a big blue sign!
