I didn't know they had wireless. I checked there web site a couple months
ago and all they showed for us was dial up.

Tim,

I went with YHTI wireless. Not much cheaper than satellite, but a little,
$50/month after the initial $150 installation and $50 activation. Made me
sick to have to do it considering I had recently been able to get DSL in
town before we moved. Their DSL is $18.95/month. But the dialup where I
live is soooooooooo slow I couldn't stand it.

It's not our fault we are stuck in the dark ages. We have talked and talked
to AT&T about getting DSL out in Washington/Krakow area and they just don't
think it's important. Yes we can get satellite but we refuse to pay $60.00 @
month. So if any works for AT&T and they can help get the phone system
updated out here please do so! Heck our phone went out last week Thursday
and since we live in Franklin county we had to wait 48 hours for them to fix
it.

My sincerest appology to all those internet users who are still in the dark
ages. I live and work in a world where we push terabits/sec of data around
the globe. I frequently forget that there are users out there trying to read
e-mail on their Apple 2+ and/or IBM PCjr over a 13.3K modem. I will make
your problem my problem.

The attachment may only download as 25K but when I looked at
the size of the message on the mail server (the real test),
I see this message.

--------------------------------------
This Email and its attachments total to 2756k bytes in size
which could take a few minutes to download.
-----------------------------------

2756k bytes is about 2.7 meg. I know that Outlook does a
lot of fancing wrapping of the messages, and the encoding
takes room but I'm not sure how much. Anyone with dialup
will feel the full pain of 2.7 meg.
