Go to most any Walgreen's and go back to the Pharmacy and on the shelves by the 
windows they have them in colors, green, camoed, sky blue and a multitude of 
others.  Theirs are plastic with the O-ring seal and the same size.  They used 
to have the chromed metal ones but started carrying these a couple of years ago.

FYI --

While on one of life's many trips to Wal-Mart, I stumbled on what looks like 
an acceptable alternative to the usual bison tubes that everyone finds in 
use.  In the Pharmacy area, tucked in with the hearing aid batteries, 
thermometers, blood pressure monitors, and other pill boxes and containers, 
I found the "EZY DOSE Pill Fob Keychain".

Looks amazingly like a shiny aluminum fat Bison tube and comes with an 
O-ring seal.  For a couple of bucks, it's a handy replacement (emergency or 
otherwise...) for standard fare.  Only drawbacks that I see: no choices on 
size and color...
