A couple of people had volunteered to help when I first posted the event at 
Beaumont.  Since it's getting close, can I get a show of hands for a final 
count on who will be able to help out?  The event is scheduled to run from 9 
a.m. to 3 p.m. and we can start setting things up at 8 a.m. Any amount of time 
you can spare would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
