[GeoStL] Archiving Caches

I plan to archive both Siebert Cave and All Wound Up on July 10th. 
All Wound Up has been found by the neighborhood kids, and has been raided. It's 
back in it's original location, and still intact, but once found, it will be 
plundered again.
Siebert Park, the location of the Siebert Cave cache, was a crime scene a few 
weeks ago, though the police didn't get anywhere near the cache location. There 
was a sexual assault back there, and now the place gives me the creeps. I don't 
think anyone going back there is in any danger, and geocaching traffic is 
"good" traffic. Just the same, I'm pulling the cache.

Look for some new caches later in the summer!
