[GeoSTL] Re: Arch Springs Revisited - ARCHIVED

I think Jeremy wants the cache-placer to physically
remove the cache before archiving it.  If he archived it
himself, perhaps the cache-placer might tend to not
retrieve the physical cache.  I suspect he considers it
'good business' to make the cacher deal with the
private property issue himself.
