I recommend this cache be archived until this owner verifies and corrects the coordinates.

The cache owner has been notified by numerous local seasoned geocachers of this error. It is in the best interest of the geocaching community that this error be corrected so that innocent individuals do not encounter issues regarding private property and trespassing (not to mention the frustration of searching for something that isn't there).

This recommendation will be made for the other new caches placed by this owner that are in error.
