Good questions Glenn.....The consensus of the group from what I've seen posted 
for the most part says it should all stay on the main group mail list.  And I 
can't attend, I have to attend a meeting at 9:15 tomorrow.

Should i post this on the forums and the gc-group hunt list too? Who is 
keping track of names? I think that is sara's job. Should she keep track 
of names if she cant attend? Do kids eat free?
