[GeoSTL] Another idea

Geospotter, from the forums, has come up with an idea for a geocaching
presentation using a CD or available through a website and/or browsers. See

which he wants to present to the power company up East for some cache
placements.
Maybe our portal could have a link to this or make some modifications that
would be specific to our area.
