While the trail itself is flat that can't be said for getting to all of the
caches. Zombie Road is ridable but can be bumpy in spots and does go up a
hill. There are some caches located a bit off of the trail that involve a big
climb up hill. Should be a fun trip!

Al Foster is a Rails to Trails bike trail. It is a
flat 2.5/3.0 mile trail from Sherman Beach TH to
Glencoe. I believe it is a limestone trail. It is in
West County near Castlewood Park.
I know others know more about the trail.
