It went really fast I thought we'd be there forever. In actual wait time though
was less than 1/2 hour the line was moving the entire time. Your right though
HT it was the biggest line for anything all day......... the food. Menu was
pulled pork with slaw, baked beans, a bun and a cookie or brownie and being the
south "sweet tea".

I'd think multiple food locations (identified by different colors) or
assigning times (in 30-minute intervals) would work best.
When you register, they ask "What time would you like lunch? We have
X, Y, and Z available," and optionally "at A, B, and C locations."
