[geekcrypt] github ciphershed repo

Someone on the Tails dev list pointed out that we can use github to
collaborate so long as we all sign our commits. That sounds good to me.

Does someone want to make a special CipherShed account? Otherwise, we can
use the waywardgeek/ciphershed repo if you like. If you want to
contribute, reply with your github user name, and I'll add you to my
waywardgeek/ciphershed repo, and if we create a ciphershed user, we'll add
you to that.

Can someone go through the process of signing a github commit, and post
here how it is done? I would prefer to have a separate signing key from
the ssh key used to push changes to github. I'd take my CipherShed key
more seriously :-)
