Ooh!  I wonder if a gameplay system could be designed (obviously for a 
multiplayer setting) where cultural differences, differing times of day, 
etc came into play?  Any thoughts on this?  I'm not terribly experienced 
in programming, but if anyone's interested, I'd be more than willing to 
play (at least verbally) into the idea!
