Im talking about Ctrl-C, a kill on Linux, or in Win, using Program manager to terminate the application.

I am not sure what you mean by a termination signal. Are you talking about a client / server message indicating end of transmission, or are you asking what happens if the session is disconnected before such a message can be sent?
