It depends on the quality of the art I'd say.

Since the game industry is so hard to get into, you also might be able
to find artists who are willing to do art for you for free just so
they can have their name in the credits and have a resume item.

I can't remember the URLs but I've seen a couple of websites where
there are artists looking for work (some looking to get paid others
looking to do it for free) so have a look (or maybe someone else knows
a URL) but they are out there.
