You could just download GIMP. It's fully functional and free. Has a lot =
of
stuff, I don't even know 10% of it :P

Hope this helps :)

Hey Everyone,=20
=20
I hope everyone is doing fine and still on fire from the wonderful
Christmas Season. My questions is quite simple really. I have been
programming a game in VB and it is time for the graphics well the tut.
suggests Photoshop and me being the poor person I am, I don't have =
Photoshop
and I don't have money to purchase photoshop. What my needs are is to =
come
up with a couple of bitmaps largest being 500X300 and tut. suggest to do
them in system palette or something liek that so I don't get a bug in =
the
colors or so forth. i was wondering if there is a way to do it in like
paint and save it as a bitmap file extension? do any of you have better
suggestions or comments, or am i just going to have to buy photoshop?
Thanks for the help,
=20
