So, do you have some features you'd like to have too ? We've been 
talking about my features mostly...
Or directly jump in and discuss the implementation of a scaled/rotated 
blit interface.

Btw, I've found how to achieve the detection of hardware acelerated 
visuals on OSX, so I'll be able to submit a patch on 3 platforms.
