Tough one... The dark one looks more "polished" to me. At least, the 
colors work better together.

The blue one OTOH, looks more friendly in some way - but the colors 
aren't quite right. Not enough contrast, I think... The background 
colors are a little too bright and/or too intense for my eyes. (Large 
areas of bright, "pure" colors are rarely a good idea.)

The bright background for the project description ("Raknet is a cross 
platform...") in the blue version is a good idea in general! It draws 
attention to the text that a first time visitor would want to read 
first thing. I'm not sure if that idea would translate directly, but 
I'd say something like that is missing in the dark version.

Anyway, I'm deliberately being very picky here! :-) Both designs look 
serious and professional, and either one would certainly do the job.
