I don't know if this will help any but I made it through this past
weekend virtually spam free with the exception of one piece of image
spam.  I don't know what your capabilites are with regards to filters
but Symantec had me put in a block on any message that had a MIME header
entry for Content-Type: that included a .GIF file AND had the string
"cid:"; in the message body (HTML tag).   The one that got through was
had an embedded JPG file.  Not enough to make me filter all of them.
