I for example might completly miss such posts, because I don't read
threads I'm not interested in. I simply delete that whole thread and
also incorrectly started threads that might be inside that thread.
After all I get anything from 50 to 400 mailing list posts per day and
I'm not going to go through all of them. Besides I think I'm not the
only one who does it like this. :)
