Howdy and welcome. Nice to see other people from ACC on the list. If you
are not already on it you might want to go over and sign up for the new
Austin game programming SIG. That list is also on gameprogrammer.com. 

I started this list with the goal of helping others learn through their
interest in games. I am very happy to talk about techniques I have found
that work and those that do not work. I would love to hear the same from
you and everyone else on the list.
