I don't know about other workplaces, but I think my one is fairly lucky to have 8 males vs 4 women in the office (the other side of the business, the contractors, are another story, all 15 are guys). And they are all on to it ^_^ Its like my boss went out and got a bunch of dumb guys and 4 brainy girls :)
