the GPL can be used for propietary software. GPL enforces you to release
the source code and give users freedom to modify and redistribute your
code (in this case the bussiness model is oriented to services, not to
products), but also enforces users to give back to community the changes
made. What I have seen in this cases is what you say, one GPL license
for GPL users, and a commercial licence if you want to developed
commercial and closed source software.
