you know it's funny, but as a programmer i agree, its really hard to find
artists.
when i got a job in the industry i found a bunch of artists who couldn't
find projects to help out with!
It's ridiculous, the artists are out there somewhere hehe.
They must have their own forums and such where they are looking for
programmers :P
