Thanks for this response. Documentation is very important to me. I was
in the process of licensing VR tools but if that is the case then I
probably won't go through with it. I would love to hear your writeup on
why one should not use Virtools for any projects larger than one man demos.
I have to speak up again, and say that i have worked with the Virtools
engine and found it to be very poorly documented.
Another key issue is that it is close to impossible to have more than
one person working on a project at a time. Since eveything is tied up in
one big file it is impossible to be more than one person working on it
at a time. Additionally this file is binary and thus makes it impossible
to do use any SCM system on it.
I was going to write a "why not to use Virtools for any project larger
than one man demos", but i haven't gotten around to it yet, it just
moved closer to the top of the list.
