Chris, this sounds like a great idea. Feel free to use this mailing list
to get started. Also, I just saw you on ALG and some one was complaining
about no programmers coming to there meetings either. So, I'm sure an
announcement there would be OK. 

Maybe we can get something like a game programming sig going here in
Austin. Lets at least try.
