Interesting question... You can release the game under a pseudonym if
you are worried about your real life reputation. If you are in a
strongly religious part of the world you might want to do that just to
keep the idiots off your lawn. OTOH, in the game programming world I
doubt it the subject will make any difference to anyone. It might make
it hard to get a job for a company doing Bible story games but it won't
turn off the folks who wrote "Grand Theft Auto".
The real question is does it bother you to work on such a game. If it
does don't do it, if it does, then do it.
