Any reason why they have to be Iranian? If they must me Iranian, must they be physically in Iran? And, how do you define Iranian? I know an ethnically Iranian computer science student who is interest in video games but he is an American citizen and a Texan. I believe he speaks a bit of Farsi. Sorry for what seem like silly questions but I've never seen anyone ask for people of a specific ethnicity/national origin for a development group before. In fact, doing that for a paid position would be illegal in the US and Europe. Though in the US a religious organization is allowed to restrict hiring to members of their religion. I'm really curious why that matters?
