hotline by mail

thanks for your help
i think it will be perhaps necessary to pay and have an hotline by mail in order to : 

first/ explain asks for new features
secondly/ some help to use in deep the FTC product
in that case, I will use the forum http://www.freelists.org/archives/ftcdev/ to put on my requests for the benefit of other users of FTC
