[Bug] b15 pv38: At scale 200% cursor positioning not correct

Tested on Microsoft Windows:

1. Start FTC
2. Scale to 200%
3. Maximize Window
4. Set Cursor with Mouse to second (large) paragraph (wihich is after the Image 
and image title). Set the cursor to the thrid line.
5. Start typing text and keep typing so that you add many lines
6. [Bug]: See the cursor position moving down with each new line. It seems that 
FTC adds some pixels to the Cursor Top Position with each new line. After ten 
or more lines the Cursor position is completely offset.
