[Bug] b15 pv30: Input Position issue at scale of 200%

The following issue was found on Microsoft Windows:
1. Start FTC
2. Set cursor to second paragraph at second line (in the middle at word: "This")
3. Scale page to 200%
5. Maximize Window with "Maximize button" to see the current input position
6. Bug: You don't see the cursor at the current input position because the text
is not shown at cursor position.
7. Type in some text. The text jumps to the current input position.
8. Type in some more text lines. You see that the current input position sticks
at the first line of the document without "scrolling" down with each new line
added to the text as it would be at 100% page scale.
Please see another bug report on this at a scale of 150% and note that this
behavior is also causing other problems: Sometimes when I click with the mouse
on the line with the cursor it scrolls on line up and down on each mouse click.
This looks very strange.
Please note also when doing some editing at a scale of 200% sometimes the
cursor position is not aligned with the current line. The cursor "sits" between
the current line and the line below.
