[Bug] b14 prv31: Drag and Drop an Image doubles Images

Find follwing steps to reproduce a bug where a dragged and dropped image is not 
moved and instead a new image will be inserted.

1. Run FTC
2. Click with the mouse on the first Image
3. Drag and drop the image into the last line of the first paragraph
4. [Bug]: A second Image is inserted and the selected image not dropped 
correctly.
