Walking the styles

I am now wanting to iterate through the paragraphs and then iterate 
through all the paragraphs formatting runs.  Here is the pseudo code:

for each p as paragraph in ftcdocument.paragraphs

      for each r as styleRun in p.styleRuns

           doSomethingWithEachStyleRun()

      next

next

What would the real code look like to do this?
