SCU 2.1b5 update

I have updated the SCU to beta 5. Here is what is changed...

I have manifested the previous fixes to cover all the methods in
the SSCE. Nothing has changed in the actual plugin, but the
REALbasic side of the interface (the SSCESpellChecker class) has
been updated to properly encode strings and ForlderItem paths.
