[BUG] Left arrow stops working at left most position

Launch demo app
"Select all' using Apple-A keyboard command
press delete key
type
"one
two
three"

Now press left arrow on keyboard six times.
Note that the caret works it's way to the left most position on line 3 but then refuses to go back up one level.
