Home and End key behavior

The behavior of the home and end key is not conform with most
textprocessors
These are normal textprocessing standards:
* ctrl-home jumps to the beginning of the document
* ctrl-end jumps to the end of the document
* shift home selects from the cursorposition to the beginning of the line
* shift end selects from the cursorposition to the end of the line
* ctrl-shift home selects from the cursorposition to the beginning of
the document
* ctrl-shift ends selects from the cursorposition to the end of the
document
Is this a bug or is this behavior by design (then I'll program it myself
:-) )
