FormattedText.resize with parameter

Hi,
would it be possible to get FormattedText.resize with a updateMargins as 
boolean-parameter? Or is there any other way to get keep the margins 
from reverting back to defaults when resizing in normal mode. I have 
subclassed it and removed the margin changes, but had to make some 
properties public in formattedtext for it to work.
