FTC version 1.4

FYI, I released FTC version 1.4 today. I made some minor changes
since the last beta.

Please note I made an addition to the EULA concerning custom
software development. Basically what it is saying that if you
develop software for a third party where you will transfer to them
the source code which includes the FTC, then you are required to
make sure they have a separate valid license for the FTC before
the transfer occurs. This does not affect compiled applications
which you distribute that are in binary form (i.e., no source
code).

Shown below is the text of the addition.

-----

Custom Software Development

If you develop software for any other party (for example "custom
software development") with the exclusion of use by Your End User,
then you are required to

1) confirm that the other party also has a legal license from True
North Software Corporation for the same Product and that the
serialization information to initialize the Product is that of the
third party, and not yours;

2) notify the other party that they must agree to the then current
version of this Agreement before any transfer of the Work.

For example, if you create an application for XYZ Corporation and
you provide the source code for the application which includes
this Software, then you must confirm that XYZ Corporation also has
a legal license to the Software from True North Software
Corporation before you may transfer the Software to XYZ
Corporation.
