FTC beta 15 preview 6

Beta 15 preview 6 has been uploaded to the web site.

With this preview the speed optimization are complete. There is
probably more that I could do under the hood to enhance the speed,
but I'll leave that for a future release. I am very happy with the
results.

I did some more work on supporting tabs which required some
refactoring in some of the base classes to make support for
underlines, marks, and strike throughs consistent. I you notice
any funky behavior with basic editing, let me know.

Let me know ASAP if you find a bug with this preview.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Finished off optimizations for version 1.0 (6x speed increase).

- Fixed a crash with the RTF parser where the header portion of
the document was tripping over an internal marker.

- Fixed a bug in the RTF parser where style attributes were not
being handled correctly when a "\pard" command was encountered.

- Refactored the code dealing with underlines, marks, and strike
throughs so that they will apply to tabs and pictures.
