FTC beta 15 preview 32

Beta 15 preview 32 has been uploaded to the web site.

Now we are getting to the bottom of the barrel in terms weeding
out all the defects caused by my last major optimization efforts.
I am still working on the auto scrolling functionality that
doesn't quite work right when scaled greater than 100%. If you are
not using scaling, this preview is pretty solid.

Soon I will be repeating my regression testing on a Windows
machine and I expect it to go much faster.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Made the AcceptTabs property visible to the IDE.

- Fixed a round off error in composing pages in certain
situations.

- In page mode, fixed a compositing defect where lines would get
pushed down the page past the bottom margin when they should of
been moved to the next page.
