FTC beta 15 preview 31

Beta 15 preview 31 has been uploaded to the web site.

Over the last few days I have moved my website to a new host
server and I redid all my web pages, so please note the change in
the URL above.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Enhanced drag and drop to properly handle situations where it
needs to carry over paragraph attributes.

- Fixed a problem with dragging text from an external application
to the FTC where the text is straight text (not FRTF) and
contained multiple paragraphs.

- Shortened the drag threshold time from 15 to 10 ticks. This
should make it a little more responsive to changing to drag mode
when you click on a selection.
