FTC beta 15 preview 29

Beta 15 preview 29 has been uploaded to the web site.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Disallowed drag and drop directly on to a picture that is not a
custom object.

- Added a DropObject event to the FTCustom class so that you can
handle drops on your custom class.

- The FTC will require 2008r2 or higher to work, so a check for
the REALbasic version number has been implemented which will pop
up a dialog and then raise an exception if the minimum RB IDE
version number is to low.

- Broke setting of the insertion point and selection for normal
and edit modes in a previous preview. This has been restored.
